高价进口燕窝含致癌物 市场添加剂超标鲜见
　　沪上监管部门：申城市场燕窝添加剂超标现象鲜见

　　身价不菲的高档养颜滋补品——进口燕窝被曝出含有高致癌物。近日，广东惠州检验检疫局对某贸易企业进口的1批30公斤被检出亚硝酸盐的燕窝作出退运处理。昨天，市食品药品监督管理局相关负责人表示，申城市场上的燕窝添加剂超标现象较为鲜见，总体质量稳定。但燕窝是属于食品、药品、农产品还是保健品？目前燕窝所属的监管范围尚无统一界定，相关国家标准正在制定研究当中。

　　据惠州检验检疫局近期发布的消息称，该批遭遇退运的燕窝为血燕碎，产地为马来西亚。某贸易企业对该批燕窝进口报检后，惠州检验检疫局工作人员依法对其抽样并送实验室检验，结果在燕窝中检出高含量的亚硝酸盐。专家表示这可能跟亚硝酸盐的“防腐”功能有关。据了解，亚硝酸盐是较高风险的化学物质，具有很强的毒性，摄入过量会引起中毒甚至死亡，长期食用含有过量亚硝酸盐的食品将会增加患癌风险。

　　记者了解到，在上海市场上，瓶装的即食燕窝最近两年非常风靡。市食药监督局相关负责人接受记者采访时表示，沪上市场上的燕窝整体质量稳定，特别是添加剂超标等不合格问题比较少见。

　　专家表示，燕窝自古以来就属于名贵补品，但燕窝所属的监管范围是食品、农产品、中药材还是保健品，目前尚无统一界定。燕窝行业在全球只有极个别企业执行着自定的企业标准。正因为此，燕窝存在一些造假现象。特别是瓶装燕窝其实最容易造假，对此，国内已有多所高校和部分医学院正进行燕窝国家标准的相关研究。
